Essential Qualification
- Ph.D. in the appropriate discipline/branch.
- First Class in the preceding degree.
- Consistently strong academic record throughout.
Experience Requirements
Professor
- Minimum 10 years post-Ph.D. experience in teaching, research, or industry.
- At least 4 years at Associate Professor level in IITs, IISc, IIMs, IISERs, or equivalent institutions.
- Strong record of:
- Ph.D. guidance
- High-quality journal publications
- Sponsored projects
- Patents
- Laboratory/course development
- Professional contributions
Associate Professor
- Minimum 6 years post-Ph.D. experience.
- At least 3 years as Assistant Professor or equivalent position in academia, research organizations, or industry.
- Demonstrated excellence in:
- M.Tech./Ph.D. supervision
- Research publications
- Patents
- Course and laboratory development
- Professional activities
Reservation
