Essential Qualification

  • Undergraduate Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • OR
  • Any Undergraduate Degree with MCA or MBA

Desirable Skills

Candidates having the following skills will be preferred:

  • Computer knowledge related to office administration and maintenance
  • Knowledge of purchase procedures
  • Experience with drafting software
  • Technical report writing
  • Ability to learn and work with project management software and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools

Experience Required

Minimum 3 years experience in either of the following:

  • Office administration and management in educational institutions.
  • Office administration and management in the civil engineering industry.

Age Limit

  • Maximum 40 years

Selection Process

  • Applications will be shortlisted based on eligibility.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview.
  • Interviews are expected to be held during the first or second week of August 2026 at NITK Surathkal.
