Eligibility Criteria

Assistant Professor Grade I

• Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
• First Division (or equivalent) in the preceding degree.
• Excellent academic record.
• Minimum 3 years of post-Ph.D. teaching, research, or industrial experience.

Assistant Professor Grade II

• Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
• First Division (or equivalent) in the preceding degree.
• Excellent academic record.
• Candidates with less than 3 years of post-Ph.D. experience will be considered for contractual appointment, which may be converted to a regular position after performance review.

Salary

Performance-based career progression and higher pay levels are available as per Institute norms.
