Educational Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Master’s Degree with minimum 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the relevant or allied subject from a recognized Indian University or an accredited foreign University.
- Qualified UGC-NET, CSIR-NET, SLET, or SET.
OR
- Ph.D. awarded in accordance with UGC Regulations 2009/2016, making the candidate exempt from the NET requirement as per UGC norms.
OR
- Ph.D. from a foreign university ranked among the Top 500 Universities in QS, THE, or ARWU rankings.
Urdu Language Requirement
As per the MANUU Act, knowledge of Urdu is mandatory for all teaching posts.
Candidates should have:
- Studied Urdu at the school, intermediate, undergraduate, or postgraduate level.
OR
- Completed education through the Urdu medium.
Salary
Selected candidates will receive remuneration as per UGC Guest Faculty norms.
- Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month
- Appointment is purely temporary and contractual.
