Role Overview
The Vice Chancellor will provide strategic leadership in advancing the University’s academic vision, fostering excellence in teaching and research, driving innovation, strengthening industry collaborations, and ensuring institutional growth aligned with national and global standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and ensure academic excellence across all disciplines.
- Promote experiential learning, project-based learning (PBL), and interdisciplinary education.
- Lead institutional design and enhancement aligned with Outcome-Based Education (OBE), NEP 2020, and industry 5.0 trends.
- Promote research, innovation, global collaborations, and technology-driven initiatives.
- Foster an inclusive, student-centric learning environment.
- Build strong academic, industrial, and international partnerships.
Eligibility Criteria
- Distinguished academician with a Ph.D.
- Minimum of 15–20 years of experience in higher education, including leadership roles.
- Proven record of research publications and academic contributions.
- Strong administrative and institution-building skills.
- Visionary leader capable of driving institutional growth and global recognition.
