Eligibility Criteria
Professor
Applicants should generally possess:
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
- Excellent academic record.
- Minimum 10 years of teaching/research experience.
- Required research publications and research score as per UGC Regulations.
Associate Professor
Applicants should generally possess:
- Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
- Master’s Degree with 55% marks.
- Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience.
- Required publications and research score.
Assistant Professor
Applicants should generally possess:
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks.
- NET/SLET/SET qualification.
Candidates possessing an eligible Ph.D. may be exempted from NET/SLET/SET as per UGC Regulations 2018.
Eligibility requirements for Design, Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Management, and Education disciplines may vary. Candidates should refer to the official notification for discipline-specific qualifications.
