Kasturba Gandhi Degree & PG College for Women, Secunderabad, is named after Kasturba Gandhi, who stood alongside Mahatma Gandhi during India’s freedom movement.
The college is situated on a 3.85-acre campus at West Marredpally, in the heart of Secunderabad. It was established in 1973 by the Osmania Graduates’ Association (OGA) under the patronage of the Exhibition Society.
The Osmania Graduates’ Association was founded in 1932 by a group of dedicated alumni of Osmania University with the objective of harnessing the talents of graduates toward the integrated development of the Telangana region through the promotion of education.
