Candidates should possess any of the following:
- B.E./B.Tech.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Marketing
Experience Required
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Training & Placement at an Engineering Institute, with a proven track record in B.Tech. campus placements.
Candidates should preferably have strong communication, industry-connect and campus recruitment skills.
