Essential Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet at least one of the following eligibility pathways.

Option 1: Ph.D. Qualification

  • Ph.D. or equivalent qualification.

Option 2: Postgraduate Qualification

  • M.Tech. / M.S. / M.Phil. or equivalent qualification in an appropriate discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in teaching, research, industrial design and development, IT, administration, or a reputed organization or industry.

Option 3: Undergraduate / Professional Qualification

  • B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Sc. / M.C.A. / LL.M. / CA / CMA / CS / MBA or equivalent qualification in an appropriate discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant professional field.

Option 4: Bachelor’s Degree Qualification

  • B.C.A. / B.Sc. / B.A. / B.Com. / B.B.A. / LL.B. or equivalent qualification in an appropriate discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant professional field.

About the NEEV Programme

NEEV is an IIT Gandhinagar community outreach initiative aimed at supporting underserved communities through:

The selected Programme Manager will contribute to the administration and implementation of initiatives designed to support community development and social impact.

Salary and Benefits

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration ranging from ₹60,000 to ₹1,25,000, depending on the applicable appointment terms and assessment.

The initial appointment will remain valid until 31 December 2027. Renewal will depend on the candidate’s performance, availability of funds and applicable institute norms.
