Essential Educational Qualifications
Candidates must satisfy one of the following qualification and experience combinations:
Option 1
- M.Tech, M.E. or M.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics and Communication.
- At least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
- Minimum five years of relevant work experience.
Option 2
- B.Tech or B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics and Communication; or MCA; or M.Sc. in Computer Science with B.Sc. in Computer Science.
- At least 55% marks or an equivalent grade.
- Minimum seven years of relevant work experience.
Option 3
- M.Sc. in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- B.Sc. in any science subject.

- ITI qualification in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning from an NCVT- or SCVT-accredited ITI.
Required Experience
Candidates must have two years of experience in the operation and maintenance of air-conditioning plants.
The required experience includes work with air-conditioning plants, including Variable Refrigerant Volume (VRV) systems with a capacity exceeding 500 TR, in a university, research establishment, government organization, PSU or other eligible autonomous body.

Selection Process
The selection process includes the following stages:

Additional Selection Conditions
- BHU may establish a screening committee to determine appropriate shortlisting criteria.
