Organization Profile: The National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT) Agartala formerly Regional Institute of e-Learning & Information Technology (RIELIT), Agartala is a unit of NIELIT, an autonomous Scientific Society of Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Govt. of India.
NIELIT Agartala is the 11th Centre of NIELIT in the country and the 5th in the North Eastern Region.
The National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology in Agartala was established with the goal of giving the youth of Tripura easy access to computer science and information technology education and training in a modern, well-equipped training facility with faculty members who are qualified and experienced. This will produce high-quality, employable labor.

Essential: Ph.D. in Computer Science/IT with specialization in Data Engineering.
Experience (Desirable): Minimum one-year experience of Research/Teaching in relevant field.
Consolidated Pay: Rs 50,000/- per month (Renewable based on performance)

4. The Pay mentioned above is consolidated. The selected candidate will not receive any other financial benefits like Medical, HRA, and Transport, etc., apart from the consolidated pay.
5. The number of posts may vary depending on the requirement of NIELIT Agartala.
6. The selection of the candidate for the appointment to the above-mentioned position will be based on the candidate’s performance in the interview and eligibility as per the prescribed criteria.
7. The offer of appointment for the selected candidate will be subject to verification of original certificates/testimonials at the time of the interview and completion of other formalities.
8. Candidates will not be entitled to claim any TA/DA for appearing in the Interview
