Qualification & Experience:
Associate Professors Candidates should have a Ph.D. with minimum of 8 years teaching experience in a reputed University/ PG college and should have minimum 7 publications / Research Papers published in reputed/ refereed journals. Experience in guiding Ph.D. Scholars is desirable.
Assistant Professors Candidates should have a Postgraduate degree with a minimum of 55% of marks and should have a Ph.D./ NET/SLET/SET etc. Preference will be given to the Candidates with teaching experience.
Placement Managers Candidates should have a Postgraduate degree in business administration, human resources or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in career services, recruitment, or talent management, preferably in a higher education domain or in a business environment. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for the post of Deputy Placement Manager. Candidates should have strong networking skills and should be able to interact with senior people in the Industry.
Soft Skills Trainers Candidates should have a Postgraduate degree in business administration, psychology, counseling, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as Soft Skills Faculty/ Trainer in reputed organization/s.
Selected candidates for all the above positions will be placed in a suitable pay structure commensurate with their qualifications and experience.
