Designation: Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor

Job Purpose: The fundamental role of a faculty position is to actively contribute to the academic mission of the institution by engaging in teaching, research, and service. The incumbent will be tasked with formulating and executing a comprehensive educational teaching plan in alignment with the school’s specifications. Responsibilities encompass conducting classes, offering academic guidance and counseling to students, actively participating in departmental committees, and consistently enhancing the curriculum through assessment, applied research, scholarly activities, and other relevant contributions.

• Passionate about teaching with an ability to reach out to students and create a relationship of mutual trust.
• Teaching experience and evidence of effective pedagogical approaches.
• Calm, patient, communicative by temperament, and amiable in disposition
• Exhibit responsible manner of conduct and demeanor 
• Professional attitude and great work ethic
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Requirements- Education & work experience

• Preferred to have a Doctoral Degree Ph.D or Pursuing Ph.D. and/or Master’s Degree in relevant discipline.

(Information Technology, Marketing, Business Strategy, Operations & Supply chain, Behavioral Sciences & Communication, HRM, Business Analytics, Finance & Accounting,  Business Statistics, Economics, Digital Marketing, Legal)

• Proven work experience of  5-10 years of work experience in teaching / research /  significant professional experience as SME with visiting Teaching/Training exposure
• Teaching Experience in Distance/Virtual Education will be added advantage.
