Position Overview

M.A.M. College of Engineering and Technology is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and results-driven Admission Coordinator to lead and execute the institution’s student outreach and enrollment strategies. This role is critical in shaping the future student body of the college.

Key Responsibilities

  • Admission Team Coordination: Lead, manage, and motivate the admission team to achieve enrollment targets. Assign tasks, set goals, and monitor performance.

  • Branding and School Visits: Develop and implement strategies for institutional branding. Schedule, plan, and personally execute visits to schools and junior colleges to promote the institution and its programs.

  • Telecalling: Oversee and actively participate in telecalling campaigns to engage with prospective students and parents, providing them with information and guiding them through the admission process.

  • CRM Management: Utilize the Admission Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track leads, manage interactions, and analyze conversion data. Prior exposure to a CRM will be a significant advantage.

  • Strategy Execution: Develop and implement innovative admission strategies to attract a high-quality pool of applicants.

Essential Qualifications

  • A postgraduate degree: M.B.A. (Marketing/Sales preferred) / M.E. / M.Tech. from a recognized university.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience in educational admissions, marketing, or sales is highly desirable.

  • Proven experience in team coordination and management.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills for scheduling and executing outreach events.

  • Proficiency in telecalling and customer engagement.

  • Exposure to a Admission CRM system is a distinct advantage.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet enrollment targets.
