Essential Qualifications:

  • A Master’s Degree with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the relevant subject.

  • Must have cleared NET (UGC/CSIR) or an equivalent accredited test such as SET/SLET.

  • OR candidates awarded a Ph.D. Degree in accordance with UGC Regulations (2009/2016) are exempted from NET/SET requirements, provided they meet the following conditions:

    1. Ph.D. awarded in regular mode.

    2. Thesis evaluated by at least two external examiners.

    3. Open viva-voce conducted.

    4. At least two research papers published from Ph.D. work (one in a refereed journal).

    5. At least two conference presentations based on Ph.D. research.

  • Ph.D. from a top 500 world-ranked foreign university (QS, THE, or ARWU) is also acceptable.

Emoluments:

₹1500 per lecture, subject to a maximum of ₹50,000 per month
