Job Title: Principal

The Principal will be responsible for providing visionary leadership, fostering academic excellence, and ensuring the overall development of the institution. The role demands a dynamic leader with a strong academic background, administrative acumen, and a passion for nurturing future generations.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Educational Qualifications:

    • A PhD degree in a relevant discipline.

    • First Class or equivalent in either Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

  2. Research and Publications:

    • At least two successful PhD supervisions as a supervisor or co-supervisor.

    • Minimum of 8 research publications in SCI journals/JGC/AICTE-approved journals.

  3. Professional Experience:

    • A minimum of 15 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry.

    • At least 3 years of experience at a post equivalent to Professor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to enhance academic and research programs.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, research, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

  • Ensure compliance with academic standards, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.

  • Mentor faculty and students to achieve excellence in teaching, learning, and research.

  • Strengthen industry-academia partnerships and global collaborations.

  • Oversee administrative and financial management of the institution.
