Essential Qualifications

  • For Assistant Professor:

    • A Master’s degree (M.Tech/M.E./MCA/MBA) in the relevant field.

  • For Placement Officer & Admission-Marketing Roles:

    • A relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.

Required Specializations

CSE, ECE, ISE, IOT, AI&ML, BCA, MCA, MBA (Finance), Mathematics, MBA (Marketing).

Experience Required

  • Assistant Professor: 1 to 5 years of teaching experience at the college level.

  • Placement Officer: 1 to 5 years of experience in training and placement at a college or institute.

  • Admission & Marketing Executive: 1 to 5 years of experience in educational marketing, admissions, or outreach.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • For Faculty: Proven ability or potential to execute R&D projects, consultancy, and promote patents.

  • Experience in establishing and running Entrepreneurship Development Cells (EDC), Innovation Labs, and value-added courses.

  • Strong capability in fostering industry interaction and collaboration.

  • For Non-Teaching Roles: Proven track record in corporate relations, career counselling, student recruitment, or educational marketing.
