Key Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD) in the relevant discipline.

  • UGC-NET qualification (or Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations 2018, exempting NET).

  • For MBA:

    • Master’s in Business Administration/PGDM/CA/ICWA/M.Com with 60% marks (55% for OBC) + 2 years’ experience.

Age Limit: As per UGC/GOI norms.

Relaxations:

  • 5% marks relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates.

  • Ph.D. holders (pre-2009) exempted from NET with specific conditions.

Salary & Contract Details

  • Consolidated Salary: ₹50,000/month (likely revision).

  • Tenure: 1 year or till further orders (extendable based on performance).

  • Nature of Job: Purely contractual; no regularization benefits.
