Job Description

IEC College of Engineering & Technology invites applications for the position of Associate Professor – MBA. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, contributing to curriculum development, guiding research, and supporting academic and administrative functions within the Management department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teaching MBA courses as per university and institutional requirements

  • Curriculum design, development, and continuous improvement

  • Guiding student research, projects, and dissertations

  • Publishing research in reputed journals

  • Participating in academic administration and accreditation activities

  • Building industry interface through consultancy, training, or funded research

  • Mentoring students and junior faculty members

Eligibility & Qualifications

  1. Ph.D. in Management / Business Administration (or related discipline) from a recognized university

  2. Master’s Degree (MBA) with a minimum of 55% marks

  3. Minimum 5 years of teaching / industry / research experience

    • At least 2 years as Assistant Professor

  4. Research publications in UGC CARE / Scopus / Web of Science indexed journals

  5. Experience in teaching, curriculum development, research guidance, and academic administration

  6. Industry interface, consultancy experience, or funded research projects will be an added advantage
