Job Title / Designation

  • Principal (MBA College)

  • Faculty – MBA (Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor)

  • Faculty – MCA (Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor)

Qualifications & Experience

For Principal – MBA College

  • Educational Qualification: Ph.D. in Management / MBA with First Class from a reputed university

  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of academic/teaching experience, of which 5 years should be in a leadership/administrative role (HOD/Dean/Vice-Principal/Principal)

  • Skills: Strong background in institution building, NAAC/NBA compliance, research publications, leadership, and academic administration

For MBA Faculty (Asst./Assoc./Professor)

  • Specializations Required: Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Business Analytics, Operations, IT, Entrepreneurship

  • Qualification: MBA First Class / Ph.D. (as per AICTE/UGC norms)

  • Experience:

    • Assistant Professor: 2–3 years teaching/industry

    • Associate Professor: 8 years teaching/research with publications

    • Professor: 10 years, including 5 years at Associate Professor level, with strong research credentials

  • Preference: Research publications, consultancy projects, FDPs, and industry exposure

For MCA Faculty (Asst./Assoc./Professor)

  • Qualification: Ph.D. or Master’s Degree with First Class in the relevant discipline

  • Experience:

    • Assistant Professor: Minimum 5 years

    • Associate Professor: Minimum 5 years post-Ph.D.

    • Professor: Minimum 10 years, with 5 years as Associate Professor
