Eligibility Criteria

1. Director

Role: Provide academic leadership, strategic direction, and institutional oversight.

Eligibility:

  • Master’s degree in relevant discipline (Management / Business Administration or equivalent).

  • Ph.D. highly desirable.

  • Minimum 15 years of teaching, research, and administrative experience in a reputed institution (preferably as Professor).

  • Experience in AI-integrated management education, ESG initiatives, and global leadership preferred.

  • Proven track record in academic leadership, industry collaboration, and research excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute Vision 2030 strategies for global institutional ranking and impact.

  • Strengthen industry-academia partnerships within the Bengaluru tech ecosystem.

  • Drive AI and digital transformation across curriculum and pedagogy.

  • Promote research, entrepreneurship, and global alumni engagement.

Tenure: As per AICTE norms (typically 3–5 years, renewable).

2. Faculty Positions

Eligibility:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field; Ph.D. preferred.

  • 2–5 years experience for Assistant Professor; 10+ years for Associate Professor / Professor roles.

  • Demonstrated expertise in case teaching, research publications, and industry projects.

  • Proficiency in AI tools and digital pedagogy preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach MBA and Executive Education Programs with global relevance.

  • Publish in ABDC/SCOPUS indexed journals.

  • Collaborate on industry research projects, placements, and international academic partnerships.

  • Contribute to ESG initiatives, startup incubation, and accreditation processes (AACSB, NBA).
