Designation: Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor

Qualification: B.E / B. Tech & M.E / M. Tech / Ph.D. in Relevant department

Experience: A minimum of 0-2 years of teaching experience for Assistant, 8+ Yrs for Associate, 10 + for professors.

Schedule:  Day shift

Language:  English (Preferred) & Tamil (Preferred)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to teach undergraduate and post graduate level courses

• Allocate the subjects to the faculty members well in advance before commencement of the semester/year.

• Collect lesson plans from teaching staff before the commencement of class work and ensure that the information provided is in accordance with the format
• Make sure that the time tables are prepared as per the guidelines given by the Principal and inform the faculty members and students at least one day before the commencement of the class work.
• Interact with students of their branch, identify the problems and find solutions in consultation with the Principal.
• Ability to teach undergraduate and post graduate level courses
• Experience teaching introductory computer  science courses and an understanding of how to make the content accessible to a wide range of students
• Conducting department faculty meetings.
• Teaching and related assignments
• Taking remedial / extra classes.
• Monitoring question paper setting and marking scheme of department faculties.
• Ability to communicate complex technical material effectively to students
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Commitment to excellence in teaching
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students
• Assisting with various departmental duties and providing academic support.
• Representing the university at conferences and delivering presentations when necessary
• Providing demonstrations and supervising experiments and investigations
• Arrange special classes if necessary for the benefit of below average students.
• Ensure academic discipline in the department.
• Follow the guidelines / instructions given by the Principal from time to time.
