Organization Profile:

Central Bank of India Samajik Utthan Avam Prashikshan Sansthan (CBI-SUAPS) is a registered Society/Trust functioning under the Society Registration Act 1860. Sponsored by the Central Bank of India, the trust focuses on rural development by offering training for self-employment and conducting financial literacy programs across India.

It operates:

  • 46 RSETI Centres

  • 50 FLCC Centres
    across 50 districts, empowering rural youth and communities with livelihood skills and financial awareness.

Job Title:

Faculty – RSETI Hoshangabad & RSETI Betul

Employment Type:

Contract – 1 Year (Renewable based on performance)

Essential Qualifications:

Applicants must be a Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (Science/Commerce/Arts).
Preference will be given to candidates with the following qualifications:

  • MSW

  • MA in Rural Development / Sociology / Psychology

  • B.Sc. (Veterinary / Horticulture / Agriculture / Agri Marketing)

  • B.A. with B.Ed.

Experience & Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience in teaching, training, or rural development programs.

  • Good communication & computer skills.

  • Ability to motivate and guide rural youth.

Job Location:

Narmadapuram (Hoshangabad), Madhya Pradesh

Pay Scale:

₹30,000 per month (Consolidated)
