Organization Profile:   “Centre for Aromatic Plants (CAP)” has established by the Government of Uttarakhand in 2003 in industrial area Selaqui, Dehradun. CAP is a complete business incubator center for the development of the aromatic sector in Uttarakhand. It is equipped with end to end facilities and support services like survey, training, research, production of quality planting material, extension, distillation, and marketing, etc.

Designation:  Scientist ‘C’ (Chemistry) 

Pay level in pay matrix level – 11 Rs. 67700-206700

Essential qualification: First Class M.Sc. (Ag.) in Agriculture Extension/Agronomy with Ph.D. from any University established by law in India with certified experience along with research publication/proof in expansion of aromatic crops, Cluster development, technology transfer etc.
Desirable: Experience of land survey and inspection for aromatic crops, agricultural expansion operation of field distillation units, preparation of technical bulletins, training etc.
