Chennai Institute of Technology (CIT) was established in 2010 under the Parthasarathy Seeniammal Educational Trust. The institution is affiliated to Anna University, Chennai, approved by AICTE, New Delhi, and holds UGC 2(f) & 12(B) recognition.

    • Interview Skills (GD, HR, Group & Technical Interviews)

    • Verbal Ability (Company-specific assessments)

    • Interpersonal Skills

🧑‍🏫 Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs and skill gaps among students

  • Design customized curriculum and engaging training modules

  • Deliver interactive sessions using workshops, role plays, and activities

  • Conduct assessments, provide feedback, and track performance

  • Provide coaching and mentoring support to students

  • Continuously update training content based on industry trends

 Aptitude Trainer

📘 Job Summary

Train students in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability to prepare them for campus placements, competitive exams, and company assessments.

🧑‍🏫 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct aptitude training sessions and mock tests

  • Prepare customized study materials, question banks, and worksheets

  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback

  • Guide students on company-specific aptitude patterns

  • Collaborate with placement and academic teams

  • Motivate and mentor students to improve speed and accuracy

🎓 Qualification

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in:

    • Mathematics

    • Statistics

    • Commerce (B.Com)

    • Engineering or any quantitative discipline

  • Training or test-prep certifications (preferred)

  • Freshers with strong aptitude skills may apply

Technical Trainer

Deliver high-quality technical training programs to students, enabling them to gain strong programming, database, and operating system fundamentals.

🧑‍🏫 Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training on Java, SQL, C, C++, DBMS, Operating Systems

  • Create training materials, coding exercises, quizzes, and assignments

  • Deliver instructor-led training sessions and webinars

  • Guide hands-on coding labs, SQL challenges, and mini-projects

  • Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback

  • Offer one-on-one student support and doubt-clearing sessions

  • Stay updated with industry trends and integrate them into teaching

🔧 Key Skills

  • Java (OOPs, Core Java, Spring, Hibernate – preferred)
