Qualification & Experience Requirements:

1. Senior Scientist

Education:

• B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc + M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc + Ph.D.

• Minimum 5 years post-Ph.D research experience

• 0–5 years research experience after Ph.D

Publication Requirement:

• Minimum 5 SCIE articles or

• Impact factor 10 or

• h-index ≥ 5

3. Senior Research Fellow (SRF)

Education:

• B.E/B.Tech + M.E/M.Tech

• Minimum 65% marks or 7.5 CGPA

• GATE qualified candidates preferred

Publication Requirement:

• Minimum 3 SCIE/Scopus-indexed articles

4. Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

Education:

• B.E/B.Tech with 65% marks or 7.5 CGPA

• GATE qualified candidates preferred
