Designation:  

1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) (Wardha)

Qualification: Ph.D degree in Biomedical/Mechanical/Biotechnology or equivalent.

Experience: Managerial experience to work in a start-up as a key person Founder/

Co-founder/ CEO/manager/ VP, etc.) or in the industry/R&D/Start-ups/technology-based business incubator, leadership roles within incubators, accelerators, start-up or similar environments, working on funded project, securing funding and proposal writing, consultation, conducting pre-clinical/ clinical trials, regulatory pathway procedure, ISO requirements, establishing collaboration, publication of SCI/SCIE index articles.

2. Manager (Wardha)

Qualification: A First-class M.Sc./M. Tech degree in Biotechnology/ Life Science with an MBA or equivalent.

Experience: 3-5 years

3. Technical Support Staff (Wardha)

Qualification: M.Sc./M.Tech degree in Biotechnology/Life Science/Engineering or equivalent.

Experience: Min 4 years.
