Organization Profile: DAV Public School, Kailash Hills was started by Principal Mrs. Krishna Mahajan in 1983 at Masjid Moth, Niti Bagh with just 150 students. She shifted the school to Kailash Hills in 1991. She retired in 1998 leaving behind a strong student strength of 1200 and a team of 65 teaching and 35 non teaching staff members.
Mrs. Shashi Prabha Chandla carried forward the torch for another year and handed it over to Mrs. Madhu Kochar in 1999. The school made rapid progress in all spheres and 1380 students shaped their destiny under their able guidance. Mrs. Ira Khanna took over the reins of the School in 2006. In her dynamic leadership, the number of students rose to 1850 and gave a “Smart” profile to the School.

a) Post Graduate Teacher: Master Degree with min. 03 years experience Home Science, Chemistry, Sociology (For DAV Kailash Hills)
b) Primary Teachers: Graduate/Post Graduate in respective subjects. Mathematics, Science,Sanskrit (For DAV Kailash Hills) Dance, Computer(For DAV RK Puram)
c)Primary Teachers: (General) (For both schools) Graduate/Post Graduate in any subject
d) Nurse: Diploma in Nursing.
Qualification: DAV CBT qualified candidates with Provisional Eligibility Card, B.Ed and CTET for Primary Teachers. Candidates, preferably female with good communication and ICT skills with minimum 50% marks from recognized universities and experience of CBSE ICSE English medium schools, may apply for the posts.
Pay Scale: Pay and allowances as per DAV College Managing Committee norms
Working Location: East of Kailash, R.K.Puram, New Delhi
