Job Titles & Experience Required

1. Academic Counsellor (2–3+ years exp.)

Key Role: Manage end-to-end student counselling, guide applicants through the admission process, and achieve defined enrollment targets.

2. Admission Telecaller (2–3+ years exp.)

Key Role: Handle inbound admission calls, provide program guidance, qualify leads, and drive the enrollment pipeline.

3. Team Lead – Academic Counselling (5+ years exp.)

Key Role: Manage a team of counsellors, monitor daily targets, and support the student enrollment process.

4. Team Managers (10+ years exp.)

Key Role: Oversee counsellors and team leads, ensure admission target achievement, and streamline the admission workflow.

5. Cluster Manager – Admissions & Outreach (5+ years exp.)

Key Role: Build school connections, implement local branding strategies, and lead outreach initiatives to achieve admission goals.

Candidate Profile

  • UG/PG in the relevant discipline with strong academic records.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Passionate about student counselling and academic growth.

  • Proven track record in admissions and outreach.
