Madanapalle Institute of Technology & Science (MITS), established in 1998, stands as a premier institution known for academic excellence and innovation. Situated on a 26.17-acre scenic campus along the Madanapalle–Anantapur Highway (NH-205) near Angallu, about 10 km from Madanapalle, Andhra Pradesh, MITS offers a serene and research-driven environment for higher learning.

Job Title / Designation:

Dean

Qualification:

  • Ph.D. in an appropriate discipline from a reputed institution such as IIT / NIT / IIM / Foreign University.

  • Must have obtained First Class in B.Tech. and M.Tech.

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of post-Ph.D. experience in Academics / Research / Industry.

  • Must have substantial leadership experience in academic administration, research development, and institutional governance.

Salary:

💰 Rs. 30 – 36 LPA (As per revised AICTE Pay Scales)

  • Higher pay for deserving candidates based on experience and credentials.

Eligibility Note:

Applicants must meet the UGC eligibility criteria for the post of Dean.
