Educational Qualifications & Eligibility:

1. Junior Office Assistant (JOA):

  • Essential Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.

    • Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer.

    • (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10,500 KDPH and 9,000 KDPH respectively, based on an average of 5 key depressions per word).

2. Office Assistant (OA) / Data Entry Operator (DEO):

  • Essential Qualification:

    • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university with at least two years of relevant experience in Level-2 (7th CPC) in a Central/State Government, University, R&D Institution, Autonomous Body, or PSU.

    • Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer.

    • (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10,500 KDPH and 9,000 KDPH respectively, based on an average of 5 key depressions per word).

Pay Scale (as per 7th CPC):

  • Junior Office Assistant (JOA): Level-2 – Entry Pay ₹19,900/-

  • Office Assistant (OA) / Data Entry Operator (DEO): Level-4 – Entry Pay ₹25,500/-
