Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in respective discipline (preferably from reputed institutions like IITs/NITs)

  • Ph.D. in the respective field as per UGC norms

  • Minimum 2-3 years teaching, research, or industry experience

Other Teaching & Non-Teaching Roles:

  • Ph.D. in respective disciplines (as per UGC norms) for teaching positions

  • Non-teaching roles: Qualifications as per norms

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent academic records (UG/PG in relevant discipline)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
