Academic Positions ( Faculty Positions )

1.Dean of Research:

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate & execute a strategic vision for research, innovation that aligns with the institution’s objectives.
• Spearhead efforts to obtain research funding from national, international sources.
• Encourage interdisciplinary research partnerships among various departments, external entities.
• Supervise the administration of research policies, compliance, intellectual property matters.
• Guide faculty, staff to improve their research skills & capabilities.
• Cultivate a culture of excellence, inclusivity, diversity within research endeavors.
• Act as the institution’s representative in national & international research discussions.
• Coordinate research-related activities, like seminars, conferences, workshops.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Ph.D./ equivalent in a relevant discipline, accompanied by a minimum of 7 years of research experience.
• A notable academic & research background, featuring publications, patents, grants.
• Considerable administrative & leadership experience in managing research activities.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in securing external funding, forming collaborative research initiatives.

2.Head of Department (HOD)

Disciplines: Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
Qualifications: Ph.D. in the relevant field with a minimum of 7 years of experience in teaching, research, & administration.
Key Skills: Leadership, curriculum development, & commitment to academic excellence, with a record of publishing findings in peer-reviewed journals, books, conference proceedings.

3.Professor/Assistant Professor

Disciplines: Computer Science, Mathematics, ECE, Mining
Qualifications: Ph.D./ Master’s degree in the relevant field with minimum 5 years of experience in teaching, research, administration.
Key Skills: Proficiency in teaching, mentoring, research excellence, with a history of publishing findings in peer-reviewed journals, books, conference proceedings. Teacher Training Workshops

4.Lab Instructor

Disciplines: Civil, Electrical Engineering (EE)
Qualifications: Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in the relevant field.

5.Sports Instructor

Qualifications: Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.E.D/M.P.E.D).
Responsibilities: Coordinating sports events & promoting physical wellness.

6.Canteen Supervisor

Qualifications: Diploma /Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management / a related field.
Responsibilities: Overseeing operations, ensuring quality standards, upholding hygiene practices.

7.Driver

Qualifications: Valid driving license with experience in institutional /commercial transportation.
Responsibilities: Ensuring the safe transport of staff & students.

8.Nurse

Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Nursing with valid registration.
Responsibilities: Delivering medical care & maintaining health documentation.
