Eligibility Criteria

  • Associate Professor/Assistant Professor:

    • Ph.D. in the relevant discipline (mandatory for Associate Professor).

    • Master’s degree with SET/NET qualification (for Assistant Professor, as per UGC norms).

    • Minimum 55% marks in PG (or equivalent CGPA).

  • Tutor:

    • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant field with strong academic records.

Candidate Profile

  • Passion for teaching and mentoring students in rural and semi-urban settings.

  • Prior teaching/research experience in reputed institutions (preferred).

  • Ability to contribute to curriculum development, research projects, and industry collaborations.

  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in English/Tamil.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions in specialized fields (e.g., Fashion Design, Computer Science).

  2. Guide students in projects, internships, and research initiatives.

  3. Develop innovative teaching methodologies and course materials.

  4. Participate in departmental activities, accreditation (NAAC/NBA), and institutional development.

  5. Foster industry-academia partnerships and student placements.
