Qualifications & Requirements

Assistant Professor (Grade II)

  • Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree.

  • Very good academic record throughout.

  • Age: Maximum 32 years.

  • Contract position.

Assistant Professor (Grade I)

  • Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree.

  • Minimum 3 years of teaching/research/industry experience (excluding Ph.D. period).

  • Age: Maximum 35 years.

Associate Professor

  • Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree.

  • Minimum 6 years of teaching/industry/research experience.

  • At least 3 years at the level of Assistant Professor Grade I / Senior Design Engineer / Senior Scientific Officer.

Desired Qualification (For all categories):
UG/PG degree or diploma in Design/Arts/Applied Arts from IIT/NID/leading institutions will be preferred.

Salary (Basic Pay)

  • Assistant Professor (Grade II): ₹70,900/-

  • Assistant Professor (Grade I): ₹1,01,500/-

  • Associate Professor: ₹1,39,600/-
