Established in 2014, the North East Frontier Technical University (NEFTU) was founded under Act No. 11 of the Arunachal Pradesh state legislature and is the first private technical university in the state. The university is sponsored by The Automobile Society India, a registered charitable trust.

Qualifications

For Teaching Positions:

  • Ph.D. / NET / M.Ed. / Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline

  • Strong academic record required

For Administrative Positions:

  • Ph.D. / Postgraduate / Undergraduate degree

  • Computer proficiency preferred (especially for administrative roles)

Eligibility Criteria

Teaching Roles

  • Assistant Professor: 0–5 years experience

  • Associate Professor: 5+ years experience, including 2 years post-Ph.D.

  • Professor: Minimum 10 years experience, including 5 years as Associate Professor

  • Freshers may also apply

Admin Roles

  • Deputy Controller of Examinations:

    • 5 years as Assistant Registrar or

    • Master’s degree with at least 55% marks

    • Experience in pre & post-conduct of university exams (desirable)

  • Public Relations Officer (PRO):

    • Master’s degree in Communication & Journalism

    • 6 years experience in editorial or ABC-accredited media organisation

Special Requirements

  • Faculty of Education: M.Ed. compulsory

  • Administrative Officers: Ph.D./PG/UG with strong computer knowledge

Candidate Profile

  • Experienced faculty capable of effective teaching, research, and consultancy

  • Freshers with strong academic backgrounds are welcome
