Eligibility Criteria:

Professor (Pay Level-14: ₹1,44,200–2,18,200)

Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with 10+ years of teaching/research experience.

Minimum 10 high-quality publications (peer-reviewed/UGC-listed) and a research score of 120 (UGC 2018 norms).

Proven record of guiding doctoral candidates.

Associate Professor (Pay Level-13A: ₹1,31,400–2,17,100)

  • Ph.D. with 8+ years of experience (teaching/research).

  • Minimum 7 publications and a research score of 75.

Assistant Professor (Pay Level-10: ₹57,700–1,82,400)

  • Master’s degree (55%+) + NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. (as per UGC 2016 norms).

  • Exemptions: Ph.D. from top 500 global universities (QS/THE/ARWU) or pre-2009 Ph.D. with specific conditions.
