Qualification Requirements:

For the Post of Professor:

Essential:

  • Ph.D. degree in the relevant field and First Class or equivalent at Bachelor’s or Master’s level.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry, with at least 3 years at the Associate Professor level or equivalent.

  • At least 10 research publications in peer-reviewed / SCI / UGC / AICTE-approved journals.

  • Minimum Research Score: 120

  • Successfully guided at least 2 Ph.D. candidates.

OR (Industry Professional Candidates):

  • First Class Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch.

  • Minimum 10 years of professional/industrial experience, including 3 years at a senior managerial level in a reputed organization / MNC / conglomerate.

  • Evidence of high-quality published work, patents, research projects, or consultancy contributions.

For the Post of Associate Professor:

Essential:

  • Ph.D. in the relevant field and First Class or equivalent at Bachelor’s or Master’s level.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry, with at least 2 years post-Ph.D.

  • At least 7 research publications in SCI / UGC / AICTE-approved journals.

  • Minimum Research Score: 75

OR (Industry Professional Candidates):

  • First Class Master’s Degree in the relevant field.

  • 8 years of industry experience at a senior managerial level in a large organization / MNC.

  • Evidence of high-quality published or professional work, including patents, books, or consultancy projects.

For the Post of Assistant Professor:

Essential:

  • First Class Master’s Degree in Engineering / Technology or equivalent.

Desirable:

  • Ph.D. preferred with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

  • At least 2 SCI publications in refereed journals.
