Project Title

Design and Realization of Miniaturized LNA for S Band RF Communication Applications

This project focuses on developing advanced RF communication systems, specifically Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) for S-band applications, which play a crucial role in satellite and space communication. The candidate will be working on the design, realization, and validation of miniaturized RF circuits that directly contribute to next-generation communication systems.

Position Details

  • No. of Posts: 01

  • Duration: Up to 2 years (co-terminus with the project)

  • Fellowship: ₹37,000/- per month + HRA (as per norms)

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Educational Qualification:

    • B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech. in Electronics or any allied discipline relevant to the project with First Division.

  2. National Eligibility:

    • The candidate must have qualified GATE/NET or any equivalent national-level examination conducted by central government agencies such as DST, DBT, IITs, etc.

  3. Essential Skills:

    • Strong academic record, sound knowledge of electronics fundamentals, and a keen interest in RF communication systems.

Desirable Skills

  • Hands-on experience in the design and simulation of RF circuits.

  • Working knowledge of RF design tools such as Cadence Virtuoso or ADS (Advanced Design System).

  • Prior exposure to communication systems, signal processing, or semiconductor devices will be an added advantage.
