I. Eminent Scholar Requirements:

  • Ph.D. in the relevant/allied discipline

  • High-quality published research

  • Minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed / UGC CARE journals

  • Total research score of 120 as per UGC Regulations (July 2018)

II. Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of teaching experience in University/College (Assistant/Associate Professor/Professor)
    OR

  • Research experience at equivalent levels in National Institutions

  • Evidence of successfully guided doctoral candidates

B. For Outstanding Professionals (Outside Academia)

  • Ph.D. in relevant/allied/applied discipline

  • Significant contribution to the relevant field

  • Minimum 10 years of experience

  • Supported by documentary evidence
