We are seeking an accomplished and visionary academic leader to join our esteemed institution in the following capacity:

Job Title: Dean

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the alignment of all academic resources towards the achievement of the Institute’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives.

  • Build, mentor, and lead a strong, highly competent, and motivated academic team.

  • Establish collaborative and productive partnerships with other institutes of national and international repute to drive academic excellence.

  • Guide students and curriculum to meet the latest technological trends and industrial requirements.

  • Contribute significantly to strategic planning and the overall development of the Institute.

  • Drive contributions in curriculum development, innovative pedagogy, and academic reforms.

  • Ensure full compliance with accreditation (NAAC/NBA) and all other regulatory requirements.

  • Leverage exposure to international collaborations or exchange programs to enhance the institute’s global footprint.

Essential Qualification & Skills Required:

  • A Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering (Mech) / Electronics & Communication Engg (ECE) / Computer Science & Engg (CSE) from a reputed university such as an NIT, IIT, or equivalent.

  • 8-10 years of experience in a significant administrative role, with a proven track record of having handled a similar leadership position in the past.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead academic and administrative teams effectively and inspire excellence.

  • Proven ability to interact effectively and build relationships with students, faculty, management, and external stakeholders.
