Designation: Postdoctoral Fellow

About This Position: The SParK Lab in the Chemical Engineering Department at IIT, Gandhinagar is currently seeking an individual to fill the position of Postdoctoral Fellow In this role, you will be responsible for designing and expressing proteins through molecular biology techniques.

Minimum Qualification:
(1) Ph.D in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Materials Engineering or other allied areas Candidates who have submitted their thesis are equally eligible for these positions.
(2) Demonstrated experience with molecular biology techniques such DNA/RNA isolation, Primer design, Mutagenesis PCR, Restriction digest, Gibson assembly, Gel electrophoresis, Design and construction of recombinant vectors, Transformations of vectors
(3) Demonstrated experience with protein expression and purification through chromatography techniques
