Designation:  Project Associate

Department: Management Studies

Qualification: Master’s degree in management/ social work/ commerce/ Arts or any related field.

Skills:

• Understanding of the entrepreneurial ecosystem is required.
• The project will involve travelling. Hence, willingness to travel to the entrepreneurs’ locations (several districts in Tamil Nadu) is needed.
• 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the field of women’s development or entrepreneurship.
• Background and knowledge or prior experience in project executions or experience in similar projects in Gender Studies, Women’s Entrepreneurship, fieldwork in general will be preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in Tamil and English language (oral and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools such as SPSS.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duration: Initially for 6 months, later extendable to 1 year based on performance.

Pay: Rs. 25,000/- to 35,000/- per month (Salary commensurate with experience and performance)
