Qualifications:

M.Tech. / M.E. degree in Engineering/Technology with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% marks, OR
-
B.Tech. / B.E. degree in a relevant branch with a minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% marks, OR
-
M.Sc. degree in a relevant area with CPI of 6.5 or 60% marks and a valid GATE/NET qualification (not older than 5 years from the last date of application).
Age Limit:

Maximum 28 years for candidates with B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc. as highest qualification.

Maximum 32 years for candidates with M.E./M.Tech./M.S. as highest qualification.

Age relaxation as per Government of India norms for SC/ST/OBC/Women/PwD candidates.
Duration:
Initially 1 year, extendable by one more year based on satisfactory performance.
Pay Scale:
₹37,000/- + 10% HRA per month
