Designation: Research Associate

Project Title: Solution Spray Processed SnO2-based Electron Transport Layer (ETL) for Perovskite Solar Cells

Department: Ceramic Engineering, IIT(BHU)

Project Tenure; Up to 20 months

Job Description: The job involves depositing ETL films using solution spray based deposition technique followed by the perovskite cell fabrication and characterization. The candidate will carry out research work, planning and execution of project related activities, prepare reports, publications and presentations

Essential Qualification:  Doctorate (PhD) or equivalent degree in Materials Science/Ceramics/Physics/Chemical/Chemistry/Metallurgy/Electrical/Electronic Engineering OR having 3 years of research, teaching and design and development experience after M.Sc/ME/MTech. Preference will be given to the candidates with prior experience in synthesis
and fabrication of perovskite solar cells.

Desirable: Minimum 2 publications in related field

Age limit: 35 Years

Age relaxation: Upper age limit is relaxable as per the Government of India norm

Fellowship: Consolidated emoluments: 58000/- p.m.

Working Location:  Varanasi,  Uttar Pradesh
