Job Title: Chair Professors
Employment Type: Tenure-based Appointment
Tenure:
Initially for 3 years, with annual performance appraisal.
Either party may end the association with 90 days prior written notice.
Eligibility Criteria

Professor from any department of IIEST Shibpur

Excellent research record with recognized academic contributions

Proven success in securing competitive research funding

Strong communication, networking, and team-building skills

Ability to dedicate reasonable time to the Centre activities while continuing responsibilities at the parent department.
Remuneration
Honorarium: ₹30,000 per month (top-up)
