2. Manager-Client Relationships, Executive Education Programme
3. Programme Coordinator – Executive Education Programme

1. Manager – Arun Duggal Centre for ESG Research (CESGR):

Qualification & Experience Requirement: Master’s or equivalent from a reputed Institute or University in India or abroad, specializing in any related fields of management. A minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience relevant to this profile is needed. The candidate should be highly motivated, possess superior communication skills, and have an ability to work seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders. Prior experience in industry, financial sector, NGOs or policy institutions with experience in managing a team is desirable.

Age: Maximum 40 years as on the last date of Application. The institute provides age relaxation as per GOI rules. Additional 5 years’ age relaxation is given to women candidates.

Salary & Allowances: Selected candidate will be offered an appointment on a Tenure Based Scaled Contract for a fixed term of three years, which may be extended for a further period as required. Based on the experience and qualification, the selected candidate will be placed in Pay Level 10 under the pay matrix of 7th Central Pay Commission. Besides the salary as per the 7th CPC, the Institute offers other benefits which are at par with the permanent employees.

2. Manager-Client Relationships, Executive Education Programme:

Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skill Requirements:
• Proficient in written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office and other productivity tools.
• Ability to quickly comprehend client needs and translate them into actionable agenda.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools will be an advantage.
• MBA/PGDM (full time) in general management/marketing/advertising from a reputed Institute.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development role in the B2B domain. It is desirable if the experience is in the executive education related industry or in solution selling or advisory firms.
• The candidate should have strong communication and relationship building skills, leadership potential, agility and enthusiasm. Candidate should have demonstrated capability of being a team player and be resourceful in managing challenges.

3. Programme Coordinator – Executive Education Programme:

Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduation (full time) in management or any other discipline with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in suitable customer facing role and process exposure, especially from Banking & Financial services, Airlines, Retail, Hospitality and BPOs.

Age: Maximum 30 years as on the last date of Application. The institute provides age relaxation as per GOI rules. Additional 5 years’ age relaxation is given to women candidates.

Salary & Allowances: Selected candidate will be offered an appointment on a Tenure Based Scaled Contract for a fixed term of three years, which may be extended for a further period as required.
