Eligibility Criteria

General Qualification:

  • Ph.D. or equivalent degree in the relevant discipline

  • First Class or equivalent at Master’s level or appropriate qualifying degree

  • Excellent academic record throughout

Experience Requirements:

Professor

  • Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industrial experience

  • At least 4 years as Associate Professor in IITs/IIMs/IISc/IISERs/NITIE or equivalent reputed institutions

Associate Professor

  • Minimum 6 years teaching/research/industrial experience

  • At least 3 years as Assistant Professor or equivalent

Assistant Professor

  • Minimum 3 years teaching/research/industrial experience (excluding Ph.D. period)

  • Fresh Ph.D. candidates may be considered on contract basis

  • Experience relaxation possible with Board of Governors’ approval
