Job Title

Post-Doctoral Fellow (PDF) – Temporary

Department / Area:

  • Strategic Management (SM)

  • Faculty Mentor: Prof. Punyashlok Dwibedy

  • Proposed Research Areas: Product, Process and Business Model Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Quantitative Methods (Econometric Modelling)

Eligibility

  • PhD / FPM successfully defended within 5 years (excluding IIM Indore)

  • Minimum 60% marks / 1st division in preceding master’s degree

  • Candidates who have submitted their thesis are also encouraged to apply

  • Desirable: Minimum “B” category publication in ABDC or equivalent journals

Duration

  • 1 year, renewable for a second year (maximum 2 years)

Stipend & Benefits

  • Stipend: Rs. 60,000/month (consolidated)

  • Start-up fund: Rs. 40,000 (one-time for conferences, computing devices, etc.)

  • Publication incentive for high-quality journals

  • Accommodation on campus: Rs. 3,000/month (if available)

  • Office space and access to student services (bus, internet, library, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Teach at least 1 four-credit course per year (1 credit = 6.25 teaching hours)

  • Publish at least 1 research article in an A or above category journal per year in collaboration with faculty mentor
