The Indian Institute of Management Shillong (IIM Shillong) was established with the vision of expanding quality management education and research in the Northeastern region of India.

Qualifications:

  • Manager (Finance and Accounts):
    Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) or the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India (ICMAI)

  • Manager (Accreditation) – on Contract:
    Master’s Degree with at least 60% marks from a recognized University or equivalent

  • Assistant Manager (IT Infrastructure):
    B.E. / B.Tech / MCA with at least 55% marks from a recognized University or equivalent

Scale of Pay:

  • Manager (Finance and Accounts): Level – 10, Initial Basic Pay ₹56,100/-

  • Manager (Accreditation): Level – 10, Initial Basic Pay ₹56,100/-

  • Assistant Manager (IT Infrastructure): Level – 6, Initial Basic Pay ₹35,400/-
